How to make it

    1. Sift 2 Matcha scoops (or 1 level teaspoon) of Matcha powder into a bowl
    2. Add 1/3 cup of hot water, around 80°C
    3. Whisk quickly with a zigzag motion until frothy
    4. Enjoy!
