Matcha Genmai is a perfect blend of 3 ingredients: savoury popped rice, refreshing Sencha and creamy Matcha. Sometimes we like to mix it up!
Roasted brown rice (Genmai) is combined with Sencha in a ratio of about 50:50, and then Matcha powder is added for the colour and taste. It sounds weird at first, but give it a try. It is very popular in Japan as an everyday tea!
Pleasant nutty scent with a mellow matcha flavour, it is a perfect recharge in the morning and afternoon. Hey, maybe even replace that cup of coffee? (just sayin’)
